Delete account
Your account and the data stored there will be deleted. Data on this device stays. A subscription with Apple or Google is cancelled separately in the respective store.
In the app
Open Daynori, go to Settings, open your account and choose “Delete account”.
By email
Write to us from the email address of your account. We delete the account and confirm it.
How long it takes
In the app the account is deleted at once. After an email we delete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your account with its email address and sign-in, everything you synced with it (alarms, groups, Dailys and progress), your points and passes, and feedback you sent while signed in.
What is kept
Everything on your device, until you delete it there. A purchase stays with your Apple or Google account; our purchase service keeps its record under an identifier without your name or email address. Messages that already reached our mailbox stay there until your matter is settled, twelve months at most.
Without an account
Daynori works without an account. Your alarms and Dailys stay on this device.
